In the course of providing financial services and products, it is necessary for our organization to request and keep record of non-public personal information on each of our individual customers. This information generally includes:

- All customer files are physically maintained at our office in Charlotte, NC. These files are locked when the office is closed. The office is protected by electronic surveillance.
- Only authorized individuals have access to these files.
- All authorized individuals are subject to security clearance and are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.
We do not disclose nor do we reserve the right to disclose any confidential personal information about any of our current or former customers, except as permitted or required by law or as necessary to engage a product authorized and selected by the customer.
Additionally, visitors to our web site are not tracked nor is their contact information recorded and/or sold to third parties. Voluntary e-mail contact from visitors to Milestone Investments, Inc. is also protected by this privacy policy.
