Miles Employee Benefit Consulting, Inc., . an independently owned benefits consulting and administrative firm founded in 1984 by current Michael W. Miles specializes in designing and maintaining health and welfare plans customized to our clients’ needs. We are housed in a 20,000 square foot office facility built specifically for our operation. Our ten employees service two hundred customers from our single location in Charlotte, NC. Our mission is to provide our clients with the best professional employee benefits and administration service through our uncompromising commitment to Integrity, Quality, Timeliness & Value
In our pursuit of these goals we depend on each member of out staff to strive for excellence. We recognize that customer satisfaction relies upon our employee knowledge and satisfaction. Our benefits staff participates in industry education programs and all are licensed by the state Board of Insurance. While the entire staff including support staff, attends internal training on topics that vary from those designed to improve customer service to others that target improving teamwork and employee morale. With 100% of our staff being licensed, our clients never call and have no one available to answer their questions.
