Business Continuity Plan
In the event of a Significant Business Disruption

The role of Milestone Investments, Inc. with its customers is to provide investment guidance in structuring portfolios using mutual funds and/or variable annuities.  Should a Significant Business Disruption (SBD) occur, our advisory services can easily and quickly be deployed from alternate locations.  Our Firm does not provide or perform mission critical systems necessary to insure prompt and accurate processing of securities transactions.  These services are provided by the financial institutions with which you invest.  We fully expect to re-open operations after an SBD as soon as communication means are restored (telephone, e-mail, US postal).

We do maintain customer and corporate records and we have a written plan describing the method used to back up those records.  You may receive a copy of our Business Continuity Plan upon request.
